Meet Our Team

Hear from our Team

“KCT is different because they take the needs and suggestions of their employees and immediately act upon them. They see a need for a single client or a group of clients and they work to meet that need. pendent and responsible.”
The things I love most about Kids Count Therapy are the relationships and the family-like atmosphere that is evident when walking to any building at KCT. The people and the kids are what make this work fun, meaningful, and worthwhile.
KCT is different because we are not focused on the billable hours. Our focus is to provide the best quality services to our clients and community while still taking care of our employees and ensuring their workplace experience is top-notch. I love talking about my experience at KCT. I know in my heart I will work here until I retire! I have been given the opportunities to grow as a therapist and a leader in this company.
I absolutely love working alongside such a supportive team! Everyone is quick to lend a hand, collaborate on a shared client, brainstorm, and share resources! I feel valued as a professional and cared for as an individual. I know every single person is willing to help me in a time of professional or personal need. Hard work is noticed and recognized through Workplace Rewards, kind notes, encouraging cards, candy, and small gifts.
I have always felt supported and encouraged, even in difficult situations. I always feel like I am able to speak my mind in a professional matter. I also always feel like I am supported to grow in my interests.
KCT has been calming, interesting, and a great change. KCT has helped build my belief that I can do therapy to help families and make a difference. I feel happier, look happier, and think happier.
I love, love, love the community. I am not from this area and I moved here for this job. But, I developed some many great friendships to a point it starts to feel like family.
I love that we have a healthy and positive work environment. I love that we give opportunities for growth to RBTs. I love how we are continually trying to figure out the most efficient and best use of our employees when it comes to the CST and leads.
